Introducing Our Clinic Staff

Governor Animal Clinic always provides access to the best in veterinary services. We encourage a continuing partnership between our pet owners and our staff so that all veterinary decisions are not only medically sound, but consider factors such as the emotional, realistic, and financial needs of the owners.

Our veterinary staff is a diverse group of individuals who work together as a team to provide the best care for you and your pets.
Your first contact with our clinic is through our reception team. They can help you with just about any question or problem you may have, or can turn you in the right direction for answers.
You will meet up with our "Out-patient nurses" when your pet has an exam appointment, as they work directly with the doctors during your pets visits with us.
The "In-patient nurses" are the employees that will be taking care of your pet when he/she is admitted into the clinic for a procedure, surgery, or otherwise needs to stay the day with us.
Meet the entire group of Governor Animal Clinic employees in their respective areas, beginning with Jan, our business manager.........

Jan Russell is business manager at Governor Animal Clinic. She is also the creator of our newsletter, and our website -- she loves challenges! Jan has been with GAC since 1985. She is married and has two children. They have a Labrador Retriever, Miniature Pinscher, 1 cat, and 1turtle.  Jan loves to spend her free time at the beach, camping, working in her yard, learning how to golf without hurting anyone, and hanging out with her family and friends who must endure the ever-present camera in her hands.
