Our Commitment To You

Perhaps being in a humanitarian profession, we are blessed with a continuing stream of caring people.
We are here because we choose to be. We love being in your pet's lives. Our hope is that you feel the same connection. We truly appreciate your confidence, trusting us with your "family". We can't think of anywhere we would rather be than right here, attending to your pet's needs and enjoying our common love.

We hope we fulfill our our commitment to you...... we find this to be an honor, to revel in the joyous occasions of an addition to your family and to grieve with you in the heartbreaking experience of loss, and all of the points in-between.

If you ever see an area where there can be improvement, please let us know. You are why we are here, so your input is always considered as we strive to always strengthen Governor Animal Clinic to be the progressive, state-of-the-art hospital you want for your pet. We will always remain the friendly, family-style clinic with caring, knowledgeable staff assisting you in all areas of concern for your furry family members.

Your feedback is greatly appreciated.......
It is such a pleasure to have long-time clients and their pets come walking through our familiar doors, and equally as pleasurable to meet clients new to our office.
We hope this feeling is mutual.
We strive to make your visits with us a pleasurable experience for both you and your pet.

We would be grateful for any comments, suggestions and ideas you may have to help us become the place you first think of when you want quality, personal attention, friendly and helpful professionals.
Let us know what you thought of your experience with us. Would we be the veterinary office you recommend to your friends?
We appreciate your interest in our quest to be the exemplary group that can meet and exceed your needs. How did we measure up to your expectations?
Please feel free to add your thoughts and ideas to our questionnaire below. You can send this form directly thru our website to Jan's email account, and, as always, feel free to give her your thoughts and ideas at any time by reaching her @;

Thank you for your thoughts, consideration, and giving us the privilege of serving you!
