Baja Animal Sanctuary

For many years we have received generous monetary donations in our "B.A.S." can located on the front desk.  100% of those donations go directly to the Baja Animal Sanctuary.

If you have gently used dog/cat beds, bowls, flea preventive medications, cat litter, etc., we are a temporary holding spot for your donations.  A volunteer picks up your generous donations from GAC and  makes the drive to deliver them to BAS.

The senior center at Baja Animal Sanctuary

The Baja Animal Sanctuary is a non-profit corporation and the only no-kill shelter in northern Mexico.  BAS provides a safe haven for dogs, cats and horses who are rescued from the streets of Mexico.  They receive food, medical care and love for the rest of their lives.  Once the puppies and kittens are old enough, and the sick ones are well enough, they are spayed / neutered.  BAS's goal is to find each and every one of the 500 animals in the facility a forever home.  To learn more about the facility, please visit their website;  www.bajaanimalsanctuary.org.
